All services are delivered based on the scope and specifications agreed upon with the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and lawful content and materials
Respond to feedback and requests promptly
Ensure ownership or rights to all supplied materials

Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.

4. Payments & Billing

Payments must be made as agreed in proposals or invoices
Work begins only after initial payment is received
Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client. Thaddev Studios retains the right to display completed projects in portfolios and marketing materials. Unused concepts and drafts remain the property of Thaddev Studios.

6. Revisions & Scope

Projects include a limited number of revisions as agreed. Requests beyond the original scope may incur additional charges and timeline changes.

7. Project Timelines & Delays

All timelines are estimates. Thaddev Studios is not responsible for delays caused by client inaction, third-party services, or events beyond our control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Limitation of Liability

Thaddev Studios shall not be liable for loss of data, revenue, profits, or damages resulting from the use of our services or third-party tools.

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools, hosting providers, or APIs. Thaddev Studios is not responsible for failures or changes caused by third-party services.

11. Confidentiality

Any confidential information shared by the client will be kept private and used only for project purposes unless required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
