ThadDev Studios provides digital services including website design and development, mobile app development, branding and graphic design, SEO, digital marketing, and related consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are agreed upon in a separate project proposal or statement of work ("SOW").

By submitting a contact form, signing a proposal, or making any payment to ThadDev Studios, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• A 50% deposit is required before any project work begins.
• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final files or source code are delivered.
• All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.
• Invoices unpaid after 14 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 5% per month.
• Deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels the project after work has commenced.

You agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate project requirements and content in a timely manner.
• Provide clear and timely feedback during review stages.
• Ensure you have the legal rights to any content, images, or materials you provide to us.
• Designate a single point of contact for all project communication.

Delays caused by late content delivery or feedback may result in revised delivery timelines and additional charges, which will be communicated to you in advance.

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the SOW. Requests that fall outside the agreed project scope will be quoted and billed separately. Significant scope changes may require a new or amended SOW.

• Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final deliverables (e.g., website files, design assets) created specifically for your project.
• ThadDev Studios retains ownership of all proprietary frameworks, tools, libraries, and re-usable code developed prior to or independent of your project.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
• Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences. Obtaining the appropriate licences is the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between us.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ThadDev Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project to which the claim relates.

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care, and in line with the agreed specifications. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes (e.g., search rankings, conversion rates, or revenue) as these depend on many factors outside our control.

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days' written notice. In such cases, you will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date. Any deposit already paid is non-refundable.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Enugu State, Nigeria.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
